Parenthood doesn't come with a map…but you don't have to navigate it alone.
I help parents find clarity, confidence, and deeper connection with their kids.
The Woven Method is a parenthood support system that empowers parents to uncover their own wisdom and creativity to create life-long relationships with their children.
I’m Lindsay. It is wonderful to meet you.
I am here to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom as you navigate the journey of modern-day parenthood. By training, I am an Integral Development Coach (PCC). At its heart, the purpose of my work is to invite parents into their unique systems so they can cultivate life-long connections with their one-of-a-kind children.
I like to imagine parents as weavers — in each moment, we are weaving the fabric of family life for ourselves, our children, and the communities we parent within. My invitation is to bring consciousness, awareness, and curiosity to that sacred role. I wonder: what might emerge if we wove from within — from self-awareness, creativity, wisdom, and a sense of wonder?
I am so glad you are here, and I look forward to connecting. I’m always available for a complimentary introductory call to explore your needs and share more about how I support parents.
With love,
Lindsay
A little bit about my work
-
You love your kids fiercely. And some days you lose it, check out, or lie awake wondering if you're getting this all wrong.
I have been there. And now, I meet you here as a compassionate guide, helping you return to yourself, your innate wisdom, and the one-of-a-kind magic only you bring. My intention is to anchor you in the possibility of being in-joy as you cultivate the lifelong, ever-evolving connection with your child.

Most parents find me when something has to change — they just don't know what yet.
Together, we walk a journey back into self-trust, presence, and connection. My role is to support you in rediscovering your own wisdom and cultivating a deep relationship with your unique way of being, while honoring the one-of-a-kind dynamic of your family.
Parents leave our work not with a formula, but with a renewed trust in themselves, a sense of ease in their role, and a deeper connection to the joy and meaning woven through family life.

In our first call, we figure out what's really going on — and what's possible. From there, I build something around you. Usually I aim to work with clients for 3-6 months and sometimes longer. We will meet every two weeks for an hour.
